We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Buyer/Customer/order maker is fully responsible for all the purchases made are in good faith and have no intentions of false activity. In addition, the buyer must also solely take the responsibility of all selections made.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
PRODUCTS
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
Products colour might vary slightly due to photographic lighting or your device settings. Since these are designer pieces and we are not the manufacturers of the products, we do not take any responsibility if the colour, design, and accessories come out different than the product being advertised.
If you opt for customised stitching, we try our best to stitch the outfit as close to the picture being advertised as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the exact stitching style as sometimes the designers use extra fabric and embellishment to make the outfit more appealing. We aim to stitch it by minimising the possibility of variation in all aspects of the outfit.
For standard size stitching please follow our size chart. If you want to make any changes in the style, please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to make the changes you desire.
Most of the time unstitched fabric/outfit does not come with accessories/embellishment. Make sure you read the description provided under each item so you know what you will receive in the package. We only take responsibility in providing the exact number of pieces as mentioned in the description.
Readymade outfits have an approximate size chart provided by the designers. Sizes sometimes vary according to the cut and style of the outfit. We are not responsible for the variation in sizes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/CUSTOM CHARGES
International shipping charges are applied according to your country of origin. We try our best to give you the best and quickest shipping options, but it is your responsibility to comply with all the requirements imposed by your country’s customs. In some countries, custom charges may vary. Please make yourself aware of local import taxes. duties and any other requirements.
DISPUTES AND CLAIMS
In case if the products are found damaged or missing, the images are required to be shared via email as evidence. Please email pictures of the defective item to canaryapparels_uk@yahoo.com within 3 days after order delivery if you want to raise a dispute. We will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties. Once the dispute is settled fairly, if need be, we will then issue a replacement (product) against the product mentioned. Please note that no dispute will be accepted after a given time period i.e., 3 days after the order delivery.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE
We do not offer returns and exchange, unless,
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- Return request for the faulty item is made within the stated time frame/limit.
- The received product(s) differed from the original order or a different product was sent in error.
- Anything is missing from the package.
- If an error is occurred in the stitching and contradicts in any way with the instructions being given and sizing being provided, we take the full responsibility in getting the items fixed. If due to any circumstances we cannot get the item fixed, we will compensate for the alteration charges you may incur. If nothing can be done and the outfit can neither be altered nor be worn, we will take the item back and will issue the full refund. Return postage will only be provided if we are at fault.
Delivery
Delivery time for the orders is between 3-4 weeks. That is just an approximate time frame. Orders may arrive earlier than the committed time and there might be delays due to any unforeseen circumstances. We aim to keep our customers informed at all time if there are any delays expected. Since we do not stock in the UK and all our items are imported from Pakistan, there could be unexpected delays due to flight cancellations etc. We can contact you in the event of any problem with the delivery of your items.
If your order requires urgent attention or if urgent delivery is required, please get in touch with us via what’s app or Instagram. We have various express delivery options that are offered at additional price that can expedite the delivery process and can get your item to you quicker than our regular time scale.
We do not charge for the UK standard delivery unless you opt for express shipping.
PAYMENT
We accept payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card, Paypal, Apple pay and the payment options listed on our website only.
