Personalised Service: At Canary Apparels, we provide a bespoke stitching and styling service for designer garments. Once a designer outfit has been cut and stitched to your specific measurements, it is classified as a custom item and is non-refundable and exempt from exchange.
Measurement Responsibility: We stitch exactly to the measurements provided by the customer. We are not responsible for the fit if the measurements provided at the time of order are inaccurate.
Design & Accessories: As we add custom accessories and hand-stitching, minor variations in finish are a natural part of the bespoke process and do not constitute a fault.
Resolution & Repairs: In the event of a verified error in stitching that contradicts the measurements provided, Canary Apparels will first offer to repair the garment at no additional cost. If a return for repair is not feasible, we may offer a reasonable contribution toward local alteration costs (at our discretion and upon receipt of a valid quote). This applies only to objective measurement errors and does not apply to subjective style preferences.
Non-Returnable Nature: Because these items are altered specifically for you, they cannot be returned to the original designer or resold by us. All sales are final once stitching has commenced.
Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances : Canary Apparels is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"). This includes, but is not limited to: acts of God (natural disasters), war, civil unrest, strikes, or government-mandated lockdowns.
Because we pay our suppliers and logistics partners in full and in advance to secure your order, refunds will not be issued for delays or cancellations caused by these events. In the event of such a disruption:
Shipping timelines will be extended for the duration of the event.
Customers agree to wait for the resolution of the disruption to receive their goods.
Orders remain final and non-refundable once funds have been committed to our vendors.
