Returns And Refund Policy
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE
We do not offer returns and exchange, unless,
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- Return request for the faulty item is made within the stated time frame/limit.
- The received product(s) differed from the original order or a different product was sent in error.
- Anything is missing from the package.
- If an error is occurred in the stitching and contradicts in any way with the instructions being given and sizing being provided, we take the full responsibility in getting the items fixed. If due to any circumstances we cannot get the item fixed, we will compensate for the alteration charges you may incur. If nothing can be done and the outfit can neither be altered nor be worn, we will take the item back and will issue the full refund. Return postage will only be provided if we are at fault.
