The accessories/embellishment shown on the model pictures will not be included when you buy the unstitched outfit unless they come as part of the package by the designer. Stitched outfits will come as seen on model picture with accessories if requested . We try to get the accessories as close to the model picture as possible. There may be a little variation in designs of laces/beading etc.

Delivery Time

Currently you must be aware that delivery partners are taking longer than usual to deliver, we appreciate your patience as we do our best to deliver your order in time. We may experience delays somewhere along the way as we try to keep everyone safe.

We will send you an email with the tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Here is a rough guide for how long it should take for you to receive your order.

UK:

Unstitched Outfits: 2-3 weeks after the collection has been launched.

Stitched outfit: 4-5 weeks after the collection has been launched.

RTW/Ready made outfits : 2-3 weeks.

Express delivery option is also available for the UK customers if the outfit is required earlier than our standard delivery times. Please contact us before placing the order.

Delivery is free within the UK. We use Royal Mail recorded delivery or DHL express as our courier services.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY times are same as mentioned above for the UK.

We use DHL, FED EX and Sky World wide express for international shipments.

International delivery charges apply. Delivery costs vary based on destination and order weight.

These delivery times are guidelines only and not guaranteed.

In rare circumstances, our business face challenges in term of delays in the delivery times due to unforeseen conditions such as lockdowns, flight suspensions and cancellations, custom clearance, local courier company’s internal delays, Christmas and Eid delays, postponed launches by the designers and any other force majeure situations. During those time when delays are inevitable, we aim to keep you updated at all times.

Custom Clearance & other Import Charges for international Buyers:

All import costs are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the length of time your order will be held at customs for clearance and suggest that you contact them directly for further information. We mark all packages for overseas delivery with contents and order value is marked accordingly.

Unstitched outfits do not come with any accessories as seen on the model pictures unless they’re provided by the designer. Please check the description before buying. All stitched outfits come with sleeves. Please mention in notes while placing the order if you want to have the outfit without sleeves. The outfits will be stitched with the accessories as close to the model picture as possible. Please mention if you want us to remove any accessories.
